Hey, this is Tim with Bepoz point of sale systems for campgrounds and RV parks. In this video, we’re going to talk about Bepoz’s capacity to handle your retail operations within your RV park or campground. 

It could be just a standard retail store, it could be a traditional convenience store or grocery store that’s on the campus of your RV park, and it could be a golf pro shop. Some of our RV parks may have golf courses on them and have golf pro shops. Bepoz could handle all of these environments, and before we dive into retail capacity and inventory and all the other things that Bepoz does, we just remember that in all operations, it’s possible for Bepoz to do site charges to many different reservation systems that you use at your front desk. 

If somebody comes and says, hey I’m in site C5 and I want to charge to my site’. If I can validate who I am, the system will allow me to charge to that site and then charge to my card on file so I don’t have to take a credit card with me to go to the convenience store for instance.

But not only can Bepoz do all that, but Bepoz can scan the barcode labels, manage the inventory, print barcode labels for products that don’t have barcode labels on them, make purchase orders from your outside vendors, and help you optimize your inventory.
