Hi, my name is Tim with Bepoz point of sale systems. And in this video, we’re going to talk about room service operations within Bepoz.

So first of all, at many hotels where you’re taking room service, you need to be able to track that order, have it print out in the kitchen, or on a kitchen display. I might need to schedule that order ahead and have it, the person calls down and says, ‘Hey, I want to get breakfast at 8:00 in the morning’, and have it print automatically in the kitchens a half an hour ahead so that gets ready at 8:00 in the morning to be run to that room.

And I need to be able to charge that to their folio within the property management system.

All of those things could be done within Bepoz. Also, and we’ll talk more about this in another video, there is a component of being able to do this with online ordering.
