Case Study – Play Park Is More Fun With A POS
There is something for everyone at Playland Adventures. It’s known in Eastern Maine as one of the best indoor/outdoor bounce adventures and arcades for both kids and adults. Patrons can interact with multiple play attractions like Meltdown, Space Invaders, Jurassic Park, and more!
“We’ve had a lot of people thank us for having a place like this,” says Tina Bouchard, who is co-owner of the play park with her husband, Jon.
With the demand of a growing business the last two years, the couple knew they couldn’t keep operating the old fashioned way—with a cash register, pad and pencil.
“We were looking for something up-to-date, cutting-edge, and at a low price,” says Jon. “Bepoz gave us that when none of the other guys did.”
The couple recognized right away that they could do more with a Bepoz Point-Of-Sale (POS) system.
“It’s actually able to do more than we had even anticipated,” says Tina.
The endless possibilities with the new POS allowed Playland Adventures to tie all their needs together into one system. They were able to sell tickets and food, book birthday parties, analyze sales, print wristbands, and more.
John says he is amazed at the incredible capabilities of their recently installed Bepoz POS. He specifically likes the reporting features that allow him to see the impact of his advertising dollars.
“We can run a report and see where we are getting the most bang for our buck,” Jon says. “Then I can get back to building my business.”
There are many more reporting features that work for his business as well. Some include:
- Setting a schedule to receive an emailed report daily, weekly, or monthly
- Customizing reports to fit needs
- Creating a custom dashboard, layouts, filters, and formulas
- Receiving inventory analysis reports on overstock/understock, ROI, cost changes, best-selling items
Now the Bouchards have a system that can do more than just process transactions. Their Bepoz POS software organizes their business with compact workflows and helps them make informed decisions about their bottom line. Plus, it’s easy to use.
“It’s amazing. It’s incredible,” says Jon.
