Hey, this is Tim with Bepoz senior living point of sale systems. In this video, I want to talk about online ordering and how that helps senior living facilities within a covid environment and not a covid environment, how it can help you in your environment today.
Bepoz has an online ordering integration that could allow your residents to be able to make orders from your restaurants from the privacy of their room.
They can make that order from a phone, a tablet, or a computer, and that link could be linked to your website so that they could find that link, or you could give them a QR code, maybe not. That would be a possible option. But different ways that they could get to that website to be able to make their order, and potentially depending on your meal plan, they might be able to charge directly to their meal plan. Or in any case, they can send that order to the kitchen and have that print off the kitchen printer or kitchen display.
Now, the timing of that print in the kitchen on the kitchen printer or kitchen display could be scheduled ahead so that you could allow them to order a meal for breakfast in the morning, or schedule a meal a number of hours or days ahead, and that’s an option. You can turn that on so that they could schedule those meals and order them ahead.
It could be for pickup, they come to the dining room to pick it up, or it could be delivered. You deliver it to their room, depending on what options you want to enable within that online ordering software. In any case, they could charge that to their account balance, their meal plan, or whatever.
