With the click of a button you send out an SMS text or an Email from the system telling these customers about the promo. Then for walk-ins you motivate the staff by setting up an internal staff promotion. Announce to the staff, with the internal messaging of the system, that the top-seller of that product for the week gets a $25 Gift Card. Then run a report to identify the winner.
